I am looking for funding to cover the "goodwill" portion of the purchase of an established Chiropractic Practice. The practice has been established for 12 years and I have been personally involved with the practice for the last year and a half. I have researched financing through a bank and have access to funds on my own. The final portion that I would need financed would be the goodwill portion which amounts to 70-80K.
