Description:
I was in the oil&gas business. I was involve in building production facilities in the Ecuadorean and Peruvian Jungles in the 90's. I clear the fields and build small bridges to transport equipment and setup camps in the jungle for exploration and then production. I was hands on and pretty much operate the heavy machinery and equipment, I had an office in Houston call Oil&Gas International and oil&gas procurement services. I used both companies to buy equipment, machinery and then resell to the Oil&Gas Co. Like petroecuador, petroperu and petrobras.
Also during the late 90's I own a tree farm in Pinehurst, Texas call Rain Forest tree farm, and sold the business because land was worth more than the farm itself, land was in a hwy. So I sold the trees and the land to a Car Dealer business.
In the 2000,s I purchase commercial and residential acreage around the Tomball area and develop the land into industrial warehouses and build few houses. And in 2009 I start an outdoor construction co call Angel fence and supply,
Like all my business before I'm hands on and I pretty much get involve in all my projects.
Im not very good in structuring and doing the talk part of deals, I am a walker mostly and pretty much can handle the hands on, on any construction or development project.
On 2012-2013 I travel all over Central and South America looking for some land to develop, and I end up choosing Chile because is a first world country, safe with clean air and water.
What I'm looking for is for a partner that can share the cost of developing a project in Chile;
- 62 acres. (26) lots plated residential, overlooking Pencahue valley. (lots currently sell for 36k in the area)
- 20 acres farmland with irrigation canal, canal is 60' above field, irrigation is done by gravity, no pumps needed.
The area is well known for Blueberries, pecans, grapes and olives.
- 5000 s/m property overlooking the pacific ocean. in top of the hill.
- The fence co gross around 400k and nets 150k a year and I have 2 potential buyers offering net x 2. Around 300k. But it requires some owner finance.
The main reason I buy land in Chile and start the project is to spread the risks and have a plan B in case things get bad in our home country. I don't see nothing wrong in having a safe place with pristine air and water and have unlimited organic vegetables, fruits and meats.
Just need a motivated partner with similar thinking and Christian values. Im ready, just waiting for the right partner to show up.
