Buma Marketing Enterprises is a subsidiary of Buma Holdings (PTY) Ltd. We are a marketing organisation operating in various industries including: Mining, Public Sector (Government), Training and Development, and Banking. We find and promote business concepts that have a potential for success, assist in developing such concepts and source funding to bring them to fruition. Our focus with this proposal is to assist in funding development projects within the Public Sector (Government). There are various projects that have been awarded by a number of Local Municipalities within the broad government programme of RDP (Reconstruction and Development Plan). These contracts are awarded to Contractors to build houses and related infrastructure in pursuit of the national strategy of service delivery. We currently have four contracts to build between 500 - 5000 units of RDP houses, on a Turnkey Approach. The budget per housing unit is R110,000.00 with building costs of R65,000.00. All the contracts are guaranteed for payment by the National Treasury of South Africa. We are looking for an Investor to provide Construction Loans for the for the various projects at market related or preferential rates, with the Loan amount payable in full plus interest at the completion of each project (within a year).
