Description:
Nichols Consulting Services works with distressed home owners and loss mittigation reps to help homeowners sell there houses @ a discounted price and not loose the house to a sherriff sale. We all know with the huge arms and bad loans this is a good time to capitialize on such a bad situation! We currently are working on some commercial and high end homes that we are needing funding for. We can back this funding by having you as the first name on the deed till we sell it. After the sell we well split the profits.
