Description: The Chadakoin Club is a new premiere Music Venue/Sports Bar in beautiful downtown Jamestown, New York, right next to the new National Comedy Center (museum). We are the only true 100% music-driven venue in the area, highlighting Country, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Pop, Metal, Alternative, Christian, Reggae, Comedy, etc... as well as original Singer/Songwriters. We have 2 stages and 2 full bars with a kitchen, full In-House sound and lighting. Our establishment is divided into two main areas: The Club side which is a sports bar with an acoustic stage and The On Deck Stage side which is our main performance side. We hosts Trivia Night on Tuesdays, Open Mic on Wednesdays, Karaoke on Thursdays and Live Bands on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays highlighting local, regional and National Recording Artists. We are the Offiicial Sports Bar of The Jamestown Rebels NAHL Hockey Team. I'm looking for positive knowledgable investor to help me to grow my business and help me build a very successful music venue. Investor capital for much needed renovations on exterior including painting building and signage, as well as upgrading interior kitchen, tap system, stage lighting and increasing inventory, employees and advertising. Eventually, my plan is to one day buy the entire Pearl City Arts Building which we are located in and expand, adding a comedy club, a top notch recording studio, 2nd floor dance club and finally, downtown apartments in the currently empty 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. I have long-term plans for my business. I'm ready to get my company off the ground and put in all the hard work necessary. I have put my all into this business, everything I have. This place is my passion. In our first year of operation, my venue has made a name for itself. But I need help to get me to the next level. Not just a music venue, but THE BEST full service music venue around! Business Plan and Executive Summary available per request. (URL removed) (URL removed) (Phone # removed)
