Bryon Rickard Catering is a full service caterer in the Greater Birmingham / Central Alabama area. We cater from Huntsville south to Montgomery. We cater corporate events and have a large wedding business. I currently have $250k contracted in Wedding events alone in the next 9 months. I currently work out of a kitchen co-op when I rent kitchen time but have grossly outgrown my facilities. I am looking to build a larger kitchen and have found strip mall space that would allow me to have both a 2000sq ft kitchen w/ storage and tasting room as well as 3000sq ft for a 200 seat venue which we could use as a 2nd stream of revenue. Venues are at a premium in Birmingham and most are booked out 18 months in advance. My plan is to provide a generic customizable meeting space that would appeal to both Corporate and various smaller events alike.
