Urban Brewing Company is a small-scale microbrewery located in New York City. It plans to occupy a one floor, light industrial building in Bronx, NY. Urban Brewery is currently searching for a space that will accommodate our needs to keep initial cost down by only leasing 1000 square feet within the first 6 months with the option to acquire additional space, as production becomes more fluid. The brewery plans to develop an initial design that will accommodate the production of up to 1000 barrels of beer per year.
