Description:
I have a development company in which I will be doing business as Elite Lounge and Grille. I intend to open immediately after investment funds or loan is received. Here in Toledo, Ohio an upscale nightclub lounge and morning breakfast, lunch establishment is untapped for this area. Two major sporting event arenas are within blocks and I can easily see this being at capacity or regular nights. It will have a sports bar feel during the day, then during the night the lounge and live band jazz facility will take over the scenery.
