North Star Cattle & Feed is a cow/calf operation and preconditioning program, providing high-quality, naturally- and humanely-raised cattle to feedlots, stockyards, and buyers on a national and international level. Our goal is to further expand our brand in the national marketplace, becoming a nationally recognized and trusted livestock source.
Last year NorthStar Cattle & Feed purchased and sold nearly 300 head of Brangus steers. We keep our steer calves for 60 to 75 days, and maturate them before selling them into the next phase of their lives. We have direct access to the largest cow calf operators in Florida and can cycle 600 calves every 75 days. This can be done four times a year while cycling 2400 heads of cattle.
