Mr. Robins has envisioned is adding an auto-darkening filter (ADF) to the glass used for windows in vehicles as well as the rear view mirrors, so the glass will darken automatically when exposed to bright light. While driving in bright sunshine, the eyes of those riding in vehicles to be protected from damaging rays, and when driving at night, the windows would not be tinted, allowing for maximum visibility.
