Description: I wanted to take a moment to introduce you to All Media On Location (“AMOL”), an early stage venture focused on the in-store digital advertising/broadcasting space. Unlike other start-up ventures within in-store advertising, AMOL benefits from an established presence in convenience store and commercial office locations across the country. Specifically, AMOL’s parent - United Food Group, Inc., a distributor of coffee/beverage products to over 10,000 convenience stores and commercial office locations across the county – has approximately 15,000 beverage dispensing machines in-use at customer locations. AMOL intends to leverage this customer base to deploy interactive video screens on United’s dispensers, instantly offering national brand and local advertisers access to a captive audience. Over the past 18 months, United has invested significantly in a new dispensing machine, and software capable of deploying in-store advertisements and promotions via a 3-4G network platform. United has solicited several experts in this indusrty and has formed AMOL to execute on the advertising portion of the business going forward. In addition to AMOL's ability to deploy beverage dispensing equipment with interactive screens, most convenience stores contacted by United Food Group have shown interest in additional stand alone screens within the store location to maximize advertisors exposure. AMOL's ability to utilize United Food Groups locations will also allow AMOL to do Location Based Advertsing (LBA)via apps and text messaging, basically providing an additioanl means of advertising. For instance, if a customer is driving within a mile of United Food Groups location, AMOL can notify the cutomer that the location has half off on coffee and a donut that day. AMOL is comprised of a strong management team with the ability to grow AMOL into a significant business. Our goal is to raise 1.8 million dollars for AMOL, in incriments of $100,000 to purchase certain assets from United Food Group for the new business such as the design rights, tooling, patents, proprietary molds and equipment tooling, software and the proprietary customer base. Half of the money raised will go toward hiring key management people we have already solicited and hire a new dedicated sales force. We already have equipment financing in place for our first million dollars of new equipment. Both debt and equity positions are available. Any interested parties will be asked to sign a non disclosure where additional information will be available.
