Description:
We already operate a small screen printing company that does around $30,000 in annual sales. We run that business part-time.
We are looking to open a Baseball/Softball training facility. This operation will start off in a 2600 sqft buildling with for pitching/batting tunnels. We will offer tunnels rental, batting and pitching (URL removed) avg. weekly potential income would be $4000 per week. That is if all tunnels were rented every hr of operation.
Charges & Rentals are as follows:
Tunnel rental $20 per hr
Batting/Pitching lessons $30 for 1/2 hr and $45 per hr
That is a brief description. I can supply more information if needed. Thanks for the reply.
