In 2010 I invented a device relative to the safety of the Energy / Petroleum Industries namely, Continental and Offshore Drilling. My Patent was filed within all framework and issued in 2017 as IAI first art. I presently have (2) continuation patents in progress to close the device design for licensing and/or infringement filings. The device is of national / international concern and is presently in unauthorized use. I presently have Top Emeritus counsel on both patent and litigation / licensing representation and require a partner / investor to assist in closing the box with the continuation patents and funding all licensing efforts.
