Pizzubs is an Italian style quick service restaurant that features a quick cook, hand tossed personal pizza, a signature Pizzubs sub roll and a customized salad. Pizzubs uses a unique process and oven that cooks a great tasting quality pizza in under two minutes. Guests personalize their entrée with a variety of sauces, cheeses, meats and vegetables. Pizzubs also offers a variety of whole wheat and gluten free options.
Locations are small Subway style strip mall shops which need only 1500 to 1800 square feet to operate. The pizza oven is ventless, and locations are not required to install a type I or type II exhaust hood system, saving costs and gives advantage over our competitors. Pizzubs has walk-up, online ordering and third party delivery. All locations will be closed on Sundays.
The first location will be at Fremont Station in Flagstaff AZ. This is a NAU 800+ student housing complex with designated retail shopping. Located near the NAU campus and surrounded by other apartment complexes, hotels and a Walmart shopping center. The startup cost is projected at $300,000 with a return of investment of 14-19%.
