SignPath Pharma is currently a development phase biotech company. The pipeline consists of three different intravenous formulations of curcumin (diferuloylmethane)(URL removed) first, liposomal curcumin, has GMP manufacturing, analytics, and stability which have now been finished and are near completion of canine toxicological studies in preparation for an IND submission within the United States and Switzerland, planned for the 3rd Q of 2011. Proof of principle in “in vitro,” animal models of anti-cancer activity, passage across the BBB, localization in the brain in critical foci controlling memory, and motor functions have been demonstrated in all three formulations in conjunction with our colleagues at M.D. Anderson, Johns Hopkins, U. N. Texas Health Sciences and U. Western Ontario. The remaining two formulations are currently undergoing scale-up GMP manufacturing. Sign Path Inc is a public entity which anticipates trading shares in the 1st Quarter of 2011.
