Description: We are currently trying to buying a pre-existing golf course, with the option of building a new golf course from the ground up. The course we are looking into buying has been family owned and operated since 1962. I have lived across the road from this course for the past 30 years. I have seen this course from the beginning days too the fast and busy course it is today. The family selling the course is including the new equipment , all the golf carts, storage buildings and there is also a nice two story house on the property. It also includes a big club house along with an extra 3 acre lot for future expansion. The total acreage for the course is 109. We would love to be able to receive 2.5 million for the course. With the extra half million we would use to for future upgrades.
