Description: I would like to introduce you to an investment opportunity in a 13 year old company that is the preeminent provider of technology, apps and payment processing platforms for the $65 bilion barter industry space…. The commercial barter industry has grown substantially in the past 30 years, but still realizes less than a 14% market penetration. Therefore the opportunities before us are staggering. One of the major obstacles to barter becoming ubiquitos throughout the world and gaining massive market penetration is the barrier created by having a multitude of non-interchangeable currencies between barter exchanges. The issue was partially solved many years ago by the two industry associations creating common currencies, so that exchanges could trade with each other utilizing a universal currency within a network of exchanges, just like members of exchanges utilize in a local exchange to trade with each other. But the barrier to seamless trading still remains, as the 500,000+ trade exchange business members in the approximate 500 barter exchanges throughout the US still do not have access to information about the inventories of products and service available from members of other exchanges. In addition, the industry truly needs a common payment platform that parallels the credit card and electronic payments industry, incorporating barter currency conversions, similar to how SWIFT functions for the banking industry, to facilitate seamless global trade. VirtualBarter, located in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, is an established business-to-business Internet technology company that is establishing new online marketplaces, distribution channels and point of sale transaction processing for companies to facilitate worldwide barter and trade. The company is creating a global trade marketplace for associations, chambers of commerce, business networks, barter companies, and their members and clients through a seamlessly integrated network of branded online barter services that have the potential to transform companies, trade exchanges, and the commercial barter industry into a unified economy of global cashless trade. Although we attempted to structure an IPO in late 1999, for the past 13 years, VirtualBarter has been self-funded. Pursuant to new recent developments and partnerships, we are about to embark on a much higher, advanced level of services and scale that requires ramping up software enhancement development and POS transaction processing programs. Therefore, we would be interested in exploring growth capital funding to help reach our immediate goals without delay. You can view several of the following websites to gain insight into our technology platforms and financial solutions, but the most exciting initiatives, Merchant Rewards, and our VB Global Non-cash POS payment platform is yet to come, both of which promises to be game changers.
