We are in the process of buying Portfolio bulk real estate owned from banks at deep discounts and need funding to grow. We then either quick turn the properties for a profit or buy and hold for appreciation. The banks I deal with will rehab the properties to rent ready status, rent up the properties with qualified people and will finance the purchase.
