Our group has aquired A 260 acre tract with the best location on I95. We have over 1 mile of frontage located in the Hilton Head Sc, cooridor, on exit 8. We have masterplanned a water park recreational destination. Including well over one million ft2 of commercial,shopping, dining, amusement, and nightlife. The site will incluse a 30 acre outdoor waterpark, with an indoor facility attached to a 400 unit timeshare resort. Also 1000 plus hotel units. Hilton Head is a premier vacation destination, and this product is very unique to the area. There is already amazing intrest for the outparcels to be. The land is owned by the group, and valued at $15mil. A narrative, and proforma is available at request. A feasability has been conducted on the exit, and to noones suprise greatly favors our project. We seek funding for entitlement, engineering, and infrestructure.
