We have been in business for six years, and we have several businesses that fall under our umbrella. We install underground utility construction, develop housing developments, build homes,sell real estate,develop websites, and sell our cabins and park models at (URL removed).
Research tells me people want small homes. While uncovering this, I found that the best place to put these homes is in campgrounds. Campgrounds are so solid that owners finance them. I want to go in and add my cabins on sites and sell enough sites to pay off the campground. Then, I want to use the revenue from these campgrounds to fund other campground purchases.
