Description: Dear potential investor, I am a former corporate "C" level executive with a Ph.D. and 20 years top line and bottom line financial accountability. My partners and I launched Lindfield International, an executive retained search firm, in 2007. Our reputation, amongst clients, peers and colleagues is stellar and we have excellent professional and personal references, to attest to our commitment to excellence and tenacity to identify and present "A" player top grading candidates for our clients. We have a 100% success rate, repeat and ongoing retainer business relationships with our clients, including requisitions for difficult to fill senior executive roles. In addition, our business is based on demonstrated success, referrals, as well as targeted marketing to a large group of former colleagues and peers, whom are senior executives, decision makers, in Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Essentially, we're looking for all available options to raise $20 - $25k in small business funding in order to fuel the growth of our business. In Q1 we have a projected and contracted $144,500. We have exceeded our projections, in a difficult economy, since inception, and wish to continue to do so in 2010. In addition, I have reduced salary and OOP expenses to $7k per month for 2010. Specifically, our first priority is funding operational costs. By way of explanation: timeframe from signing a contract with one of our Fortune 100 / 500 companies, to presenting qualified candidates to final selection and start date of senior executives is, typically, 90 - 150 days. The latter timeframe is a result of resignation requirements for a senior executive and start date at new firm. Our contracts with corporations are, typically, 45 days net, from start date of candidate (new hire). This scenario is the standard operating procedure for vendors of large corporations. Lindfield International, currently, has contracted net income in the region of $145k for Q1 of 2010. Our goals and objectives, based on our business plan and ongoing contracts, are to exceed, given the difficult economy dynamics, $600k in 2010. The partners at Lindfield International are more than willing to provide supporting financial documents, credentials and references for your review. I have included some additional information below relating to the purpose of the funds and the type of funding that I think would be the best fit. Lindfield International is primarily interested in receiving capital from private investors whose goal is to support small businesses and to receive a 12 – 15% ROI within a 12 month timeframe. Lindfield is not interested in accounts receivable / factoring scenarios. We would like to use the funds that are raised for the purposes below: -Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc) We thank you, in advance. Sincerely, The Lindfield International Executive Partners
