We beleive in quality over quantity. I build one project at a time. My crew and I take pride in our work. I do not put myself in financial situations. However, I never dreamed of sinking $600k of my own funds into this project that with my credit history, and appraisal, I would have any problems getting the 1.4k in Equity. Those banking days are over. Being a female, a contractor, and these number's, bank after bank shut their doors in my face.
