My real estate investment company focuses on wholesaling properties or purchasing, rehabbing then retailing properties. Our target areas are moderate to middle income neighborhoods. Methods of obtaining properties are pre-foreclosures, short sales, REO (real estate owned), property in probate, or other distressed or vacant properties. I have over 14 years experience in construction and have rehabbed 4 properties for profit, 3 were our personal homes, 1 was a partnership with a cash investor. My wife is a real estate agent who provides me with after repair value estimates, comparable market analysis, and subdivision stats (avg. days on market, avg. selling price, etc.) before we have a property under contract. My goal is to rehab 6-10 properties in the next 15 months.
