We are looking to purchase a 3 or 4 bedroom house on around 1/2 acre to live in and develop.
We will be renting a room or two in the house through AirBnB offering diner and breakfast for travelers coming through Sacramento. Eventually we will expand to a Tiny Home on the back part of the property as a "Getaway Cottage ". AirBnB is a very well known rental referral business.
In 5 to 6 years, once we have established the business, have a proven track record and built up equity - we will sell the property and business. At this point we will relocate to the coast of Oregon and use the equity to start again, but this will be our retirement home and business.
