Description:
I am looking to start a sandwich shop that can supply an alternative to Subway. The location is in a Wal-Mart shopping plaza. The store used to be a Quiznos. They ran it into the ground with poor management and lost their franchise. I will be purchasing all equipment as well as counters, chairs, menu (URL removed). No Q's left but all else is still intact.
