I have an entire block that i want to turn into an awesome company. It has the oldest hotel that needs tlc with a beautiful courtyard and coy pond. It was once a thriving bed and breakfast and could be yet again. I have also got a Steakhouse building with a bar that was closed due to medical reasons of the business owner less than 6 months ago. It would be an amazing place if I had people to help get it running. I have the knowledge and skill just dont have the money. I grew up in this place when it was the busiest, beautiful, classy restaurant that my grandmother had before my papa got sick. I would love to get this place up and going again. It is a great location and a great building. I just need the assistance to get it started. I am open to all ideas and a wonderful partner.
