I am starting out in wholesale real estate investing. To make a long story short, I find distressed property owners, contract with them to sell their property, and find an investor to buy the property below market value. The property owner is free of the finacial burden of the property. I make the difference between the property owner's price, and what I sell to the investor for. The investor "rehabs" the property and sells for market value. Everyone in the situation wins.
