Arizona Hydroponic Holistic Healing is interested in receiving capital from: - Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc) The funds loaned will be used for the purposes listed: - Commercial Mortgage - Equipment Financing - Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc). The main goal of the Arizona Hydroponic Holistic Healing (AHHH) is to provide people who have registered with Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS) and been approved for a medical marijuana card, to purchase the allowed amount of marijuana as determined by the rules set by Department of Health Services. The target market will include individuals who have a medical marijuana card issued by the state of Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS). Each individual with a card will be able to purchase up to 2½ ounces of marijuana every two weeks. The state expects to register approximately 100,000 people in the first 2 years that the medical marijuana cards issued. The initial capital will come from investors that are willing to fund the minimum $725,000. The main startup costs, include; zoning permits, license to dispense, lighting equipment, hydroponic equipment, nutrients for the grow cycles, utilities and rent for the first 6 months of operations after receiving the “dispensary license” when the loan will start to be paid off. The company Arizona Hydroponic Consulting LLC will be the company receiving the loan and providing the funds to AHHH. The secondary company provides an additional guarantee for the repayment of the initial funding and an additional source of income to repay the initial loan and any requirements to pay off the funding early. In order to provide the secondary source of income for the investors with a return on sales of $1.00 per .25 oz or seven grams of marijuana AHC will be paid a fee for every .25 oz or seven grams of product to ensure the viability of the company
