Description:
SharkStopper is the "World's First and Only Acoustic Shark Repellent". The company currently has 4 patents for it's acoustic technology. Our first product is a "Watercraft Shark Repellent" or WSR. This is a portable device that can be carried on to any sized vessel. When you get to an area in the water where you would like to enjoy water activities (swimming, snorkeling, etc.) around the vessel, you would plug the WSR into the boats power system and lower the 4 speakers into the water. This will allow the people in the water up to 40 meters of protection from sharks. The WSR is built and in its final testing phases. We anticipate sale for this product in September of this year.
The next product which is in its final design is the "Personal Shark Repellent" or PSR. This product will be worn on a person's ankle. This device will allow a user (surfer, swimmer, snorkeler, etc.) protection from sharks. This patented device will automatically turn on via sensors once the smartphone sized device is submerged in water. The unit will turn off automatically once the PSR leaves the water. The PSR device will allow a user 4 hours of water activity before it will need a recharge. When the PSR's battery get's to a certain low point, the unit will start to vibrate warning the user that it is time to start thinking about getting out of the water.
The third product that will undergo R&D next year (2016) is a device to assist the Commercial Fishing Industry. We are calling this the "Commercial Fisherman Shark Repellent" or CFSR. The commercial fishing industry loses approximately 50 billion US dollars annually directly due to sharks attacking their catch. From all the extensive testing conducted by SharkStopper, it was realized that our acoustic sound only repel's sharks, NOT fish. SharkStopper devices would be attached to a commercial fisherman's long line and nets at precise intervals allowing for full protection of the line or net.
Another big problem the fishermen are having is that when the sharks attack their catch, the sharks are inadvertently getting hooked on the lines or getting caught in the nets. The sharks die a horrible death. SharkStopper's device will be a win-win for both the fishermen and the sharks. The CFSR will let fishermen retain more of their catch and sharks will be protected from the hooks and nets.
SharkStopper also has future products planned. If you are interested in investing in this exciting company we can email you a Business Plan per request.
