As you know there are more foreclosures than ever. Many of these properties do not qualify for
traditional financing in their present condition. With such a large influx of foreclosed properties, an investor
who can buy with cash can easily capitalize on this market. An all cash buyer can literally dictate a banks
asking price!
Our job includes:
1. Finding the properties
2. Remodeling, thus Transforming the properties into Dream Homes
3. Marketing and Selling the Homes for maximum profit
We intend to buy properties between $160,000 to $200,000 or less. We plan to sell them for $250,000 to
$350,000, thus creating a profit between $50,000 to $75,000. The amount of gain depends on how fast the
properties sell, remolding costs and the discounts received when buying. We plan to complete at least three
projects per year and share the $150,000 to $225,000 expected profits. You can be assured this is a monumental
opportunity.
