Description: We are a private financing group. We currently own a Bond issue registered with Bloomberg CUSIP/ISIN numbers listed for the bond issuer. The bonds are private Hedge Fund Bonds issued in 10 million USD increments. Five bonds totalling 50 million USD. These are not rated securities however the issuing bank is JPM Chase, New York, NY and do have a confirmable NAV value per share. The bonds mature in 2013. We are seeking investors of one million USD minimum per investor or more to fund the entire issue. We are raising capital financing for our project portfolio in the entertainment business here in the USA and pastorial business in Australia.
