We are an Internet startup with a primary focus on allowing our visitors to compare prices on the major secondary ticket markets for sports, concerts, and theater tickets, with a secondary focus on comparing prices in the various travel industries. We are allowing visitors to sample it in Alpha stage, and we are seeing nice results from people coming solely because of our great domain name. Since the travel industry is pretty congested, we are going after a market of individuals interested in comparing prices for sports, concerts, and theatrical performances, an industry that has not yet been tapped, and an industry that pays affiliates huge commissions. In our first month of development, I turned down an offer of $75,000 and then a re-offer of $85,000 for the domain name (URL removed) that I purchased six years ago from a broker. A capital expert I spoke informed me that once the site is completed, with such a prime domain name, would be worth close to $1,000,000, and if done right, (URL removed) could easily be a $10,000,000 site within two years and then upwards from there. We are planning on being the go-to site for people searching for sports, concerts, and theater tickets, and when people book tickets from our site, we earn commissions ranging from 7% - 12%. I believe both the industries we are in are two of the most rescission proof, non-necessities that exists. People will always be traveling, and no matter how bad the economy gets, people will always fill stadiums and arenas. Combining our great domain name, clean and professional site design, great technical team, and the money constantly switching hands in this industry, we are poised to turn this into a $10,000,000 machine within 2 years. What especially makes our company poised for success is that we are able to bypass the difficult step of a startup of getting people to want to purchase your products. We don't need to sell anything; the airlines, various sports leagues, and many other industries have already created the product, while we provide a convenient service for connecting people to those events, at a high profit margin. To give you more information about myself, I am a proven success on the web. I attended law school from 2004-2008. In my first year, I created a website selling a product known as 'sweatband watches' which I sold to a California entrepreneur one year later.
