Description:
I am interested in opening a waterpark in Lexington, KY. If you look at the area there is nothing for families to do for family entertainment. For families in this area to visit a waterpark they must drive 3-4 hours and stay overnight, many people in this area would visit a waterpark if they did not have to drive so far or spend so much to stay. The idea is to appeal to the regional population so that consumers will keep their money in the local economy.
I have had a feasibility study completed, found a location for the project, and aquired the contacts for the slides and other materials needed, as well a company who designs and constructs this type of facility.
