We will revolutionize the $56 billion dollar commercial cleaning industry by addressing common challenges such as over complicated bid processes, lack of vendor accountability & transparency resulting in a poor customer experience. Gleam is a mobile app & website where pre-qualified vendors compete for residential & office cleaning business. Customers upload pictures of their space, complete a short assessment, review vendor credentials, set a one time or recurring schedule and pay.
Vendors will have access to a multi-lingual platform allowing them to seamlessly communicate with customers, work from a customized task list and provide real time job updates, holding them accountable while eliminating frustrating inconsistencies. Gleam is the better way to clean!
