I'm looking for help coming up with my portion of the initial investment to develop a potentially patentable device (perhaps only a design patent).
Really all I need initially is $1,250, but by the end, it will probably be closer to $5,000 if a patent pending status is actually secured.
I'll be leaving most of the important decisions in the hands of Patent Assistance Worldwide, because they seem to have the people and expertise necessary to ensure success for the project.
The plan is to develop a "product innovation guide" complete with technical drawings and market research, then seek (and hopefully obtain) a patent pending status by October 2007.
