EndOvers Bike Shop, South LLC, specializing in Mountain, BMX and Hybrid Bikes catering to a specific market that is growing every year in Austin and will be owned by Brian T. Roe. In Austin Texas area bike shops are abundant but none specialize in off road cycling alone or have their own off road dirt trail. Road cyclists are the primary target market of most bike shops and have a limited Mountain/BMX inventory and are far from off road trail access. To properly test ride a mountain bicycle they wish to purchase the only choice consumers have is a 5 min ride around the parking lot. With no bike shop in Austin located within a mile of an off-road trail we decided to build a premier Mountain/BMX park of our own that would not only provided convenience but will drive repeat customers to the shop. The premier bike shop will have a country club for mountain biker’s atmosphere and will construct the trail with international Mountain Biker Association standards to attract semi and pro Mountain bike race events. The bike trail will also have the added convenience of an indoor trail that would be most frequently used in the hot summer months, but open 365 day a year. These trails will drive off road biking patrons regional and nationally to the retail/service shop which will provide maintenance and service before and after bikers ride. A modest refreshment area, locker room and sitting area will be provided the Mountain/BMX country club atmosphere with a twist.
