I am the owner of a heat and air company in the greater Tulsa area. I have run my company from day one. It is very rewarding owning your own business. I started with the intention to manage and run this operation just me alone and not want to really grow. I have been doing this type of service since 1993 and I have never seen the potential this industry can make until last summer. I was always on the paycheck side of things. Well now I'm on the potential money-making side of thing. I started my business with my money and no business plan. Just a wing and a prayer. Well it's been almost a year and I made it and will continue to make it. I know I will. My issue lies with the fact that I need employees. In July I my net was 10k in August my net was 20k. But I could have brought a lot more to the table if I had help. I had a 90k job (profit) that fell through my fingers. I had the job but couldn't put employees there. I have had many other opportunities but due to lack of resources had to regretfully decline offers that were potential money makers. Thank you.
