Description:
This is a company that will train Police Officers and Prosecutors in life like scenario's. This is to train for use of force training and what weapons are needed to be used if any. The simulation system is 300 degrees and has programming to put the Police Officer under the stress that they face on the street in every day work activity. This programming is based for Police Officers to make better judgement and decisions while they are on duty and/or off duty. The programming also has training for Jailer Training. The reason for Prosecutors to go through this type of training to for them to be put in the place of the Police Officer, and for them to see what the Officer has to deal with on a daily basis. This way they will take the Officer's feeling and danger in mind when they are charging the suspects.
The programming changes every year, and this is a system that can be and will be used every year for Departments. There are different types of firearms and Tasers, OC spray and tools that a Police Officer uses, that they will use while training with this system.
One other aspect of this system it will allow the Department heads to identify if an Officer requires additional training. This is based on Judgement, Officer Presence, Attitude, and the Officer's ability to De-escalate a situation verbal commands.
I am a Police Officer of 22 years and I am a certified Instructor with the Police Academy in Indiana. The officers that receive training on this system will also gain credit training hours towards their mandated hours. In my years of service, I have found that no one can ever get enough training, and with the way things are today in society, I strongly support this system and the way it trains Officers to make the right decisions.
