I am a former magazine editor and commercial advertising artist looking for investment capital to help launch a series of books which are fully designed and ready for print... starting with my first children's book which is fully illustrated and has been fully prepared for a commercial press run. I initially have produced some paperbacks, but I would like to start out with case-bound books instead of paperbacks (although the option will be available). I have formerly worked in commercial printing, as a price estimator, with Quad Graphics, for numerous years, so I am fully aware of all the press advantages, paper materials, and how to cut costs on printing. I have also been a former magazine editor with a distribution of 1.2 million readers, and I am a very skilled author. My last ghost-written book was a national best-seller, for which I received a very paltry sum. I am now looking for a new avenue for generate ways to bring my voice to America, and I am seeking an investor who can provide capital for marketing, printing, and perhaps a small design staff and shipping department.
I am capable of producing books from cover to cover, as well as marketing, advertising, and radio campaigns.
Simply put, I have the product, I just need the capital. Serious investors with a good track record of investing may reply.
