Description: 2i Pictures, LLC is a multi‐faceted independent film company with a focus on producing quality and innovative films for the global market place. The company has the potential to become a force within the Hollywood entertainment community, and branch out into new venues as the company grows. There are currently three phrases to development, beginning with co‐financing/co‐producing films with a Hollywood mini‐major studio. Starting with this strategy allows us to mitigate the risk to our investors and help create a firm foundation for 2i Pictures, based on productions that are helmed by an already established Hollywood film company. The second phase will see the Company move into in‐house productions of our own, while still continuing to co‐finance/co‐produce with the studio, but concentrating more hands on producing with our own projects. The third phase allows 2i Pictures to move into acquisition and distribution for smaller projects, while continuing to use the major studios for our mainstream distribution needs. Securing the requested funding now in Phase 1 will allow us to generate enough revenue to assist in Phase 2 and 3 for in‐house production and distribution. Co‐financing/co‐producing movies will attach us to A‐list talent and movies produced by established Hollywood film companies, with budgets not exceeding $15 million; while averaging around $6 million to date. This strategic alliance will allow 2i Pictures to gain faster name recognition within the industry and viewing public. In addition to this, it will allow investors to potentially realize much quicker return on investment. Our Financial section clearly outlines very realistic projected sales, healthy growth, and growing gross margins for the company stemming from revenues through the strategic alliance and 2i Pictures productions. In‐house projects will provide specialized production on a wide range of hand picked projects spread over various genres. These movies will have budgets starting in the $2 ‐ $6 million range for those “little‐films‐that could,” and up to a budget maximum of $15 million. This will enable the Company and investors to utilize the IRS Section 181 tax deductions and tradable state tax credits and/or rebates up to 100% over 5 years for each film. The 2i Pictures distribution division will start by year three, concentrating on smaller niche titles, VOD and television . The Company will continue to work with a major studio for distribution of its mainstream theatrical and DVD releases.
