Light Bead, LLC is a small business that manufactures retro-reflective products, particularly low-cost partially metallized glass micro-spheres for screen print inks, aerosols, and retro-reflectove fabrics for apparel, auto safety, and night time safety devices. We have developed and fully tested our manufacturing process to produce large quantities of highly retro-reflective glass micro-spheres. Using unique web coating processes, the partially metallized micro-spheres can be removed from the web for inks and aerosol applications or be laminated from the web to produce highly reflective tape and fabrics.
