I have spent my lifetime building a career in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry. I have been an owner of four(4) business'. Two(2) have been bars. One(1) neighborhood bar and the other a nightclub. Two other business' have been catering, and cleaning. I have worked in full corporate environments and local privately owned establishments. Having been in the Hospitality Industry I have been responsible for opening New operations from the ground up and well as comming into an existing operation with unique problems to be resolved. As a seasoned veteran I have expert knowledge in all areas of operations. From Front of House to All postitions in Back of House. I have written employee manuals and company policies both general and tailored spacifically to a particular operation. I decided to put my experience and knowledge to work as a consultant to Restaurants which are having difficulty maintaining customer and staffing consistancy.
