My partner and I are experienced Real Estate Investors. We have a combined experience of 34 years. We are offering 8-12% annual returns with a possible bonus. Your money is secured with a first deed of trust, title insurance, lender policy, and good insurance. We are buying multi-unit buildings and apartments in the Central Valley. We only buy properties if we can get a steal on them. They must all have large margins and cash flow.
We have been using private money for years getting investors big returns. Currently have too many great deals rolling in and were running out of cash. I'm looking to build more long term business relationships so we can all make some money. My goal is to make it a win win for all so everyone's happy.
