Description: PERSONAL & CONFIDENTIAL – NOT FOR PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS PROPOSAL OVERVIEW I have a contact I have know for 10 years and he has brought to me a great package that is cutting edge technology and next generation. He owns a production company that is associated with Industrial Light & Magic - George Lucas’ company, of Star Wars fame - which has been contracted to assist in production with the company that developed the technology. We are looking to raise money to fund projects for the production company. This is true 3-D holographic technology that has been used in business applications in Europe for over 10 years. The big breakthrough came 4 months ago; now we can create images of people that appear 100% real. This opens up a lot of great possibilities. One is that we can create new performances with the images of deceased entertainers. One of our first contracts is with the Elvis Presley Estate. This is the ability to create a brand new concert with Elvis’ image and show it through machinery to appear 100% live. Next we have an agreement with a company who has access to multiple performance venues with total seating of 100,000 seats and growing. Within 6 months their goal is to be contracted and equipment in place in enough venues in the U.S. to accommodate 500,000 seats per showing. This includes the House of Blues and Hard Rock Café chains. Further expansion worldwide could potentially lead to millions of seats. Another opportunity is to simulcast 3D images for current big name acts through the same system. As you can see we can contract with many deceased estates and create shows or with current stars and simulcast offering them a new alternative stream of income - many possibilities. Right now we want to cement and protect our position – we need 2 million dollars to do the production. We feel with the seating network in place and growing, we should be able to return a payout of principal + 80% profit returned within 10-12 months.
