We adhere to strict conservative guidelines for our investment acquisitions and operating principles. For instance all costs involved in a purchase and renovation project must never exceed 50% of that properties' value based on recent comparable sales.
We offer the most modern and comfortable renovations to each home without sacrificing its' original character. Rather than remove or cover up the outdated or damaged features in a home, we prefer to repair and restore them. We utilize re-purposed and salvaged period fixtures and materials, combined with today's modern technology. In this way we offer our tenant or buyer a comfortable yet modern home with the character of an earlier era, at a surprisingly affordable price.
