Description:
I and My wife on and have operated as many as 7 gas stations convenience stores since 1982. We have had great success and have sold off 5 stores. We have gotten 2 of those stores back that we finnanced and took them back and are now operating them. One is Triagle Shell the other is Triangle B.P. both located in a busy area of Green Bay, Wi. Close to U.W.G.B. and both have a great deal of traffic. I can supply financials upon request. We have had bank financing but made the mistake of getting adjustable interest rate and we are not happy with that arrangement. We have never missed a payment of have never bounced a check and have excellent re-payment record since 1982. We think we qualify for a reasonable interest rate so please consider are record. If you are looking to finance a fair steady business please consider us.
