I have been cooking since middle school when my grandmother would have me help her in the kitchen. My first job was in the kitchen of a local restaurant. I have managed both fast food and full service restaurants of many sizes. I love to cook and have always wanted to open my own place.
I am wanting to have a medium sized place that offers fresh cooked lunch and dinner made from locally sourced ingredients. I also want to offer catering options. My partner is an amazing cake decorator. She will be in charge of specialty order cakes.
