We set out to find bread and butter properties that are in preforclosure, foreclosure, and bank owned properties and turn them around for a great profit. Investores that put up their money wants to know where it's at and going at all times. Therefore we will find a property and propose it to a new investor that wants to put up there money and send them monthly reports or as they request information. They are always welcomes to see the project and all information that's entered into the data base on expenses and there investment they put in.
