I am in need of funding to help me start my own Property and Casualty insurance agency. I have been in the business for 6 years and have developed a book of business large enough to go forward on my own. However, the start up costs of an agency can be overwhelming at times, and therefore I am looking at securing some capital to help me set up a web-site, marketing and general expense account. I am starting my business in a small town where the average homeowner is 35-45 years old with a median income of $80,000. My agency will be on Main Street where the average daily traffic is about 20,000 cars.
I have done my homework and all I need is someone to belive in this short term risk.
