I am a real estate investor who is very knowledgable in the field, however I am stuck for financing at the moment. I would like to hunt out several properties to buy. My plan is to make serveral lowball offers, advertise (such as "I buy houses"), and look for deals. I would like to renovate them too, but would rather just get them flipped as long as there is money to be made. I would be the "birddog" as you might call it. All I need is for someone to guarantee that I would get funding if I can get a deal. The type of deal can be negotiated with the potential investor who would be the actual buyer.
